Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated based on the shipping address provided during the checkout process. The risk of loss and damage transfers to you upon delivery of the goods. Delays in shipping or delivery do not entitle you to cancel an order or hold us liable for any damages.

We accept returns only in the case of damaged items or incorrect fulfillment. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer service within 7 business days of delivery to arrange for a return. The item must be returned in its original packaging, and a refund or replacement will be issued upon verification.

For returns that are not related to damage or incorrect fulfillment, returns may be subject to approval. If approved, a 25% restocking fee will be applied, and the customer will bear the return shipping costs. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be considered for return.

All returns, regardless of the reason, must have a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which can be obtained by contacting our customer service at via customer service to the contact us page. Items returned without a valid RAN will not be accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable
